His practice spans patent strategy, trademarks, technology agreements, and IP monetization across electronics, software, entertainment, finance, medical devices, manufacturing, transportation, and consumer goods. He is an adjunct professor at ASU’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law and was named Scottsdale’s 2024 "Lawyer of the Year" in Patent Law.
